Hello,
My name is Tristan Hayflinger
I have created this organization myself. I am a disabled, autistic and transgender individual. I have had to face discrimination all my life, with my presentations I hope to create a world where people like me are accepted just as they are. I may be young, but that does not mean what I have to say in wrong, invalid, or unimportant.

Our Mission
Our mission at Person-Centered Presentations is to inspire and empower audiences by providing engaging and informative presentations that embrace the principles of neurodiversity, gender diversity, and disability, all while adopting a person-centered approach.
We are committed to promoting understanding, acceptance, and inclusion by raising awareness about the unique experiences and perspectives of individuals who identify as neurodiverse, gender diverse, or are living with disabilities in hopes of gaining acceptance for these people. Through our speaking engagements, we aim to foster empathy, challenge societal biases, and advocate for the rights and equal opportunities of all individuals.
Our person-centered approach ensures that our presentations are tailored to meet the specific needs and interests of each audience. We believe in the power of storytelling and aim to create a safe and supportive environment where individuals can openly share their experiences, challenges, and triumphs. By doing so, we encourage meaningful dialogue and inspire positive change.
In our presentations, we strive to equip individuals with knowledge, tools, and strategies to foster inclusivity and create supportive environments in each of our communities and workplaces. We emphasize the importance of embracing diversity, promoting accessible communication, and removing barriers that hinder the full participation of all individuals.
At Person-Centered Presentations, we envision a world where neurodiversity, gender diversity, and disability are celebrated and valued as integral parts of our human fabric. Through our impactful presentations, we hope to ignite conversations, challenge perceptions, and inspire individuals to become advocates for inclusivity and equality.
Join us on this journey as we work towards a future where every individual, regardless of their neurotype, gender, or disability, can thrive, contribute, and be celebrated for their unique talents and abilities. Together, we can create a more inclusive and accepting society for all.
Our Vision
Our vision at Person-Centered Presentations is to create a world where neurodiversity, gender diversity, and disability are not only accepted but celebrated as valuable aspects of humanity. We envision a society that embraces and understands the unique perspectives and experiences of individuals from all backgrounds.
In this future, our speaking engagements will serve as catalysts for change, inspiring individuals to challenge societal norms, biases, and barriers that hinder the full inclusion and participation of all. We envision a world where empathy and understanding prevail, where every person is seen as an individual with their own strengths, talents, and contributions.
Through our person-centered approach, we aim to revolutionize the way we perceive and interact with neurodiverse, gender diverse, and disabled individuals. Our vision is to empower individuals with knowledge, tools, and strategies to create inclusive spaces that honor the unique needs and abilities of every person.
We see ourselves as agents of change, shaping a future where organizations, schools, and communities proactively seek to create accessible environments that foster equal opportunities for all. By sharing personal stories, research-backed insights, and practical solutions, we aspire to inspire individuals to champion inclusion, advocate for diversity, and promote accessibility in every aspect of life.
Ultimately, our vision is to build a society where neurodiversity, gender diversity, and disability are not viewed as obstacles, but rather as sources of strength, innovation, and creativity. We believe that by embracing and celebrating the diversity within these communities, we can unlock the full potential of humanity and create a more equal and inclusive world for all.
Our Values
At Person-Centered Presentations, we are guided by a set of core values that underpin our work in advocating for neurodiversity, gender diversity, and disability with a person-centered approach. These values shape our interactions, decisions, and engagements, ensuring that our efforts remain true to our mission and vision. Our values include:
By upholding these values, we strive to create a positive and transformative impact in the lives of individuals across the neurodiverse, gender diverse, and disabled spectrum.
